Sand Washing Plant

Capacity : 30 To 200 Tonnes Per Hour

As specialists in the provision of turnkey solutions for sand washing plant projects, we assist our clients. We collaborate closely with our clients to meet their unique requirements for a specially designed package solution. Silica Sand Dryer

Capacity : 20 Tonnes Per Hour

Wet sand is conveyed to the sand dryer's top hopper via a belt conveyor or bucket elevator.
A hot air furnace provides heat for the dryer, where flights inside mix the wet sand and hot air, evaporating moisture.
A high-pressure draft fan expels water vapor from the dryer at the end of the process, with a cyclone separator removing dust.
The dried sand exits as the final product and can be transported to silos or trucks using a belt conveyor or elevator.
